Come and join The Coven and the Mountain Triune for our “First Annual Mid-Summer Mountain Triune Faire.” This is similar to other Wiccan/Pagan events, but will be the first on for this area.

Event Details: How excited we are to announce this. This is the First gathering of it's kind in our neck of the woods. It is a Solstice/Full Moon/Unification Celebration. It is open to those who are Wiccan, Pagan, Mystics, or just curious as to what we are about (a celebration of ancient cultures). If you are going to camp out, make your reservations early. You can come in and browse the vendors, hang out and have fun! If you are interested in being a Vendor, please email us @ the address below.

We chose to hold it @ Abram's Creek because of the location and the beauty. The owner of this campsite is not Wiccan or Pagan and the campsite is not Wiccan or Pagan, but it is a Spiritual place.

How we are looking to set this up is that the folks will come in and set up their camps either on Friday afternoon / evening and camp the whole weekend, or arrive Saturday morning. This is a weekend event running all day on Saturday and a day on Sunday. The Vendors can come in and set up a camp site and their Vending areas in the campground or on the grounds of the Retreat Lodge. They will be responsible for paying for their camping areas. In addition to the Abram's Creek camping fees, there will be an additional registration donation of $20.00 which will go to Nature's Fellowship of Earth Religion that will be paid by the Vendors. 1/4 of the donation will be donated to local charities and 1/4 will be given to Abrams Creek. Vendors who elect to bunk in the Lodge House and set up on the grounds outside of the Lodge House will be responsible for their own bunking fees and the additional $20.00.

Camping fees are $15 per campsite per night (limit 4 people per site).  Cabin rentals vary from $35 - $45 per night, and tipi rentals are $30 per night.  Lodge House accommodations are also available at $20 per person per night.  All campground / lodge fees payable to Abram’s Creek Retreat & Campground on-site at the Registration / Check-in location or on-line in advance.

If you are not a Vendor and are coming in for the day or weekend, then only the Abram's Creek rates will apply to you.

First Annual Mid-Summer Mountain Triune Faire 8:00 AM on Saturday 6-30-07 until 4 PM Sunday 7-01-07.

The prices of items being sold on the grounds will depend on the pricing of the Vendors who are setting up shop.

The Vendors will be responsible for paying for and securing a suitable campsite to set up camp and shop for themselves. Each one will be given a link to Abrams Creek website.

Larry (Grandolf) would like to hold a Drumming Circle Saturday (6-30-07) evening from 7pm to 8pm. Drum and possibly a jacket will be needed. The
Drumming Circle will be held at the Community Bonfire below cabin #2.

Live music will be provided by Robb Taylor. http://www.robbtaylor.com

The Coven of the Mountain Triune and other local Wiccans/Pagans would like to host a Full Moon Ritual following the
Drumming Circle. Those who wish to participate will need their wands and Ritual attire. If they do not have them, they are still welcome. Going Skyclad is not an option as there will be children around and others who it may offend and/or make uncomfortable. Clothing is required. The Full Moon Ritual will be held at the Community Bonfire after the Drumming Circle.   There are miles of isolated stream valley beyond the campground suitable for day hikes and swimming beyond the campground.

Firedancer (Cathy) and Shadowdancer (myself) will also be offering Handfastings on that weekend as we are both Ordained Ministers of Wicca. There will be a $20.00 donation. These will take place as requested and may be scheduled ahead of time as well.

There will hopefully be a Sweat Lodge and other Workshops.

**event details may change**

The Coven of the Mountain Triune will also be holding a Book Signing during the day @ the campsite. The book will hopefully be published by then.

We also ask that participants bring non-perishable food for the local food bank.   There is a café located 1 mile east of the campground called the Rt. 50 café.  Open early, closes around 8pm /
9pm all weekend long.

Vendors that are camping out for the entire weekend will need tents and camping gear, food etc.

Those who chose to stay in the Retreat lodge will only need what is listed on the Abrams Creek website and vending supplies.

The owner prefers that there is no out of control drunkenness and encourages a smoke free environment. However, if you do smoke and/or drink, please police after yourselves and respect the beauty of the grounds by not littering and/or throwing your butts and empty beer cans/bottles etc. on the grounds.
