Chain-saw Campsite Clean-Up Weekend Volunteer work Friday through Sunday, March 14 - 16 at Abram's Creek Campground. Free Lodging for all Volunteers Start Time: Arrive Friday or Saturday morning. Bring a chain saw or branch clippers, or anything that you may have to clean up fallen tree debris and make some free firewood for campers. The campground does have some extra tools if you don't (but not extra chain saws -- please bring one if you have one). ** Please bring some good food to share for Fri/Sat/Sun evening meals -- smorgasborg style ** Group breakfast both Saturday and Sunday at the newly remodeled Rt. 50 Cafe. We are seeking volunteers to help us to go campsite to campsite and cut up fallen tree debris and trim branches that have grown in the way of tenting or fire pits. Free lodging at the Abram's Creek Lodge House for all volunteers committed to helping out for a few hours Saturday and a few hours Sunday. There is also a Native American style Sweat Lodge occurring Saturday afternoon (starting at 3:00pm) that all are welcome to attend...
